Moody's has issued an RFC on a proposed update to the cashflow assumptions it uses when rating FFELP student loan securitisations. S&P has published a request for comment (RFC) on proposed changes to the methodologies and assumptions it uses to rate fully and partially credit-enhanced multiseller ABCP conduits.
