  • Optimism over Ambac rehab

    The Wisconsin Commissioner of Insurance, acting in his capacity as the rehabilitator of Ambac Assurance's segregated account, has sought approval from the Circuit Court for Dane County, Wisconsin to amend the insurer's plan of rehabilitation.
